Our toddlers explore new materials, engaging activities, and physical spaces through creative play.
Our Toddlers in the Caterpillar Room learn through our engaging environment how to be gentle with other people, animals, and materials. They have the chance to play with their peers in both large and small groups depending on activity. They are introduced to the concepts of sharing, encouraging, and taking turns. We encourage manners and self-sufficiency. They also become confident in transition from one activity to the next and to and from caregivers. All toddlers are in a bilingual program environment.

A peek into your toddler’s day
Toddlers explore new materials, engaging activities, and physical spaces through creative play. Toddlers also become confident in following simple routines and tasks, such as picking up after they are done playing with a toy and washing hands before meals and snacks. We have set times for individual free play. We have circle time to learn, sing, and dance together. We do art, have fun around our water table, read books and explore in our science area. Lunch and two snacks are provided.
